Data and participation rules
Allowed data
Use fictional or synthetic organizations, people, departments, locations, catalog items, vendors, requests, orders, receipts, inventory, and workflow notes created only for testing.
Prohibited data
Do not enter protected health information (PHI), patient names, medical-record numbers, dates tied to patients, clinical notes, controlled-substance records, credentials, payment information, or confidential production inventory data.
Alpha limitations
SupplyIntake is early test software. Features may change, errors may occur, and test data may be reset or deleted during or after the alpha. Do not use the alpha as the only copy of anything you need to keep, and do not use it for live clinical or purchasing operations.
Participation
By creating or using an alpha account, testers agree to follow these rules, report suspected data exposure promptly, and allow test activity to be reviewed for troubleshooting and product improvement. SupplyIntake does not claim HIPAA readiness during this alpha.
